b. Subscription Plans:

For subscription-based services, no refunds are provided for the period already billed. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
Any credits purchased as part of subscription plans are non-refundable and do not expire.


c. Custom Packages:

Custom marketing packages are tailored specifically to client needs. Refunds are not provided for these services once work has begun or resources have been allocated.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made in error, VXLEADS will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
Failure to Deliver: In cases where VXLEADS is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
